In the 1930’s Dr Edward Bach developed 38 remedies. He classified them in several emotional groups such as fear, despondency, over-care for others over-sensitivity and uncertainty. Many people will have heard of his Rescue Remedy which deals very efficiently with shock or trauma.
The flowers are placed in sunlight from 3 to 4 hours in a bowl of water and their essence is captured, as Dr Bach initially discovered with drops of dew. They are then preserved in brandy.
Since the pioneering work of Dr Bach, there is now an abundance of flower essences available, reflecting the many gifts of nature.

Claudie Planche is a qualified Flower Essence Practitioner offering personal postal consultations.
In a consultation, your case history and related circumstances are studied. Also by dowsing and using astrological data the essence combination which is most relevant to your individual situation is selected.
The essences are then mixed in a combination dosage bottle which contains distilled water and brandy.
Depending on your daily intake the 30ml dosage bottle will last from 5 weeks to 5 months.
